STEP 2: CONDUCT COE PROCESS SELF-AUDIT

Word Document: This is an extensive review of software engineering best practices. You and your team can use this audit document as a way to review current practices and begin your detailed gap analysis so that you can build a plan to integrate practices that align with your workflow.

STEP 3: REVIEW THE NI CENTER OF EXCELLENCE PROGRAM TUTORIAL

Read the NI CoE Program Tutorial: If you are interested in the NI Center of Excellence program for you and your team, review this tutorial to understand the program and your role better. This guide was written in 2017 and is relevant today.
