The NI Semiconductor Test System (STS) is a powerful platform for testing mixed-signal semiconductor devices. This course provides all the necessary information and training to get personnel up-to-speed on how to operate the STS in a production environment. During the course, students will learn the structure and components of the STS along with safety and environmental requirements. Fundamental operations will be covered including power-up and power-down, installing and uninstalling load boards, and configuring lot settings. Students will also get hands-on experience running a test program on an actual mixed-signal device. The course will wrap up with some basic troubleshooting procedures to help new STS operators tackle common problems.
