In this lab, students will explore, through hands-on experience, the concept and properties of Software Analysis of acquired signals. Students will implement FFT analysis to interpret the frequency domain of a signal, peak/valley analysis to detect local minima and maxima, and implement file saving.
After completing this lab, students will be able to:
Use the analog output to create a signal of overlapping sine waves and the anlog input to read it back into the system
Use FFT function to measure the Power Spectrum of the sine wave signal
Use the Peak Analyser to detect peaks and valleys of the sine wave signal
REQUIRED SKILLS
Basic proficiency using Multisim Live and LabVIEW

Basic knowledge of components and their behaviors
