Learning and Development Plan

Building a strong team requires equipping your team with the appropriate knowledge. A technology excellence program includes the appropriate training and development activities for each member, tailored to that member's role on the team. Your learning and development plan will likely include your standard corporate learning, and you'll want to ensure a LabVIEW, and potentially test or embedded, learning plan for each member of your team.
